Dual com is not one PTT running two radios. It is one headset on two PTTs, each PTT on its own radio, Falconclaw or any other brand. Where your headset used to plug into a PTT, it now plugs into this cable, and the cable splits to both PTTs.

Hear both
Both radios come through your headset all the time.

Your headset plugs in as before, direct or through the 3.5 mm AUX adapter or the Peltor 2-pin adapter.
