How it works
- Join the Briefing with your email and tap the link in our confirmation email.
- Every confirmed subscriber is in every monthly draw. No purchase, no follows, no shares.
- We draw one winner and ten runner-ups at random after each month closes.
- Winners get an email and have 14 days to reply. We publish first name and country only with their OK.
- We may change the prize before a month opens, or end the draw at the end of any month. A month that has opened is always drawn as announced.
Open to residents 18+ of the EU (except Italy and Portugal), the UK, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, the US (50 states and DC), Canada and New Zealand. Official rules
Promotion name: Falconclaw Briefing subscriber draw, one promotion with monthly draws.
1. Promoter
1.1 The promoter is Falconclaw OÜ, registry code 14656081, VAT EE102135310, Saarma tee 18, Uuesalu, Harjumaa 75331, Estonia, contact@falconclaw.eu ("Falconclaw", "we").
2. Who can enter
2.1 Open to individuals aged 18 or older at the time of the draw who live in: a member state of the European Union except Italy and Portugal; the United Kingdom; Switzerland; Norway; Iceland; Liechtenstein; the United States (the 50 states and the District of Columbia, not territories); Canada; New Zealand. Anyone can subscribe to the Briefing. Subscribers who live outside the eligible countries get the Briefing but are not entered in the draw.
2.2 Not open to employees of Falconclaw OÜ or of its affiliated companies, to anyone professionally involved in running the promotion, or to their immediate family and household members.
2.3 To be in a monthly draw you must be a confirmed subscriber of the Falconclaw Briefing (our email newsletter) at the closing time of that month and still subscribed when the draw is made. A confirmed subscriber is a person who signed up for the Briefing with their email address and clicked the confirmation link we sent.
2.4 Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. How to enter, no purchase necessary
3.1 No purchase necessary. Subscribing is free. A purchase does not improve your chance of winning.
3.2 Entry is automatic: each confirmed subscriber gets one entry in each monthly draw. One entry per person per draw, whatever the number of email addresses used. If one person holds several subscriptions, only one counts; entries made through automated means, false identities or temporary addresses are void.
3.3 The draw is a perk of the Briefing subscription. Subscribing means you receive the Briefing by email. You can unsubscribe at any time with one click; that ends your entry in future draws.
4. Promotion period and draw dates
4.1 The promotion runs monthly from November 2026 until we end it under clause 5. All times in these rules are Tallinn time (EET, UTC+2; EEST, UTC+3 in summer).
4.2 It has one draw each month. Each draw closes at 23:59 Tallinn time on the last day of its month. The first draw closes on 30 November 2026. The closing times are listed in the schedule below.
4.3 We aim to make each draw right after its closing time, and make it within 7 days after its closing time at the latest.
5. Changes and ending the promotion
We may change the monthly prize before a month opens, and we may pause or end the promotion at the end of any month. We announce this on this page and in the Briefing. A month that has opened is always drawn as announced.
6. Prizes
6.1 Each monthly draw has one headline prize and ten runner-up prizes.
6.2 The headline prize changes each month. Its description and approximate retail value in EUR (EU retail value) are published on this page and in the Briefing before that month's draw opens. Typical retail value: 150 to 400 EUR.
6.3 Runner-up prize: a Falconclaw sticker and patch pack.
6.4 Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible subscribers at each draw. All eligible subscribers in all eligible countries are drawn from one pool; there is no regional allocation.
6.5 A person can win the headline prize once and a runner-up prize once in the promotion.
6.6 Prizes are not transferable. Apart from clause 9.2, there is no substitute and no cash alternative. We may replace a prize with one of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside our control.
7. Winner selection
7.1 Winners are drawn at random from all eligible subscribers of that month, using a random draw in Falconclaw's subscriber system. The system records the list of eligible entries, the random seed and the result, so the draw can be checked afterwards.
7.2 The draw is made by a Falconclaw staff member and witnessed by a second person, and the record is kept.
7.3 The headline winner is drawn first, then ten runner-ups.
7.4 Canadian residents: before the prize is awarded, a selected Canadian winner must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question that we send by email. A wrong answer or no answer within 14 days means we draw again.
8. Notification and claim
8.1 We email each winner at the subscribed address within 7 days after the draw.
8.2 The winner has 14 days from our email to reply with the details we ask for (name, shipping address, phone number for the courier, confirmation of age and country). If we do not get a valid reply in 14 days, or the winner does not meet these rules, the prize is forfeited and we draw a new winner the same way.
8.3 We may ask for reasonable proof of age and residence before shipping. We never ask for payment, card details or passwords to claim a prize.
8.4 We do not tell anyone they have won unless they have.
9. Delivery, controlled goods and taxes
9.1 We ship the prize at our cost to the winner's address in an eligible country, within 30 days after a valid claim.
9.2 If export, import or local law prevents delivery of the headline prize to the winner's country, or the winner cannot lawfully own it there, we award an alternative prize: Falconclaw store credit of 300 EUR or the prize's stated retail value, whichever is higher. The credit is a gift card code for falconclaw.eu, valid for 24 months, usable on any product we can deliver to the winner's country, not exchangeable for cash.
9.3 Some products need a licence, a permit or a minimum age to own or import in some countries. The winner is responsible for meeting any such local rule; if the winner cannot, clause 9.2 applies.
9.4 The winner is responsible for any local tax on the prize, except where the law requires the promoter to withhold or pay it.
10. Data
10.1 We use subscriber data to run the draw: to check eligibility, make the draw, contact the winners and ship the prizes. Legal basis: performance of these rules (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)), and our legal duty to keep accounting records (art. 6(1)(c)).
10.2 Taking part in the draw does not add any marketing beyond the Briefing you subscribed to.
10.3 We publish a winner's first name and country (on this page, in the Briefing and on our social channels) only if the winner agrees. Saying no does not affect the prize. Without consent we publish only that the prize was drawn and claimed.

11. Social actions
Following, liking, commenting, sharing or subscribing on YouTube, Instagram or any other platform is optional and never required to enter. It gives no extra entry and does not change your chance.
12. Governing law and other terms
12.1 These rules are governed by Estonian law. This does not take away the mandatory consumer protection of the country where you live.
12.2 Complaints about the promotion go to contact@falconclaw.eu. We answer within 14 days.
12.3 We may change, pause or end the promotion if fraud, a technical failure or a change in law makes it impossible to run as written. Prizes already drawn are honoured. Changes are posted on this page with the date.
12.4 Nothing in these rules limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not responsible for emails that do not arrive because of spam filters or a wrong address, or for delays caused by couriers or customs.
12.5 These rules are published in English.
12.6 Winners list: available on this page (falconclaw.eu/pages/briefing-draw) or by email to contact@falconclaw.eu for 12 months after the promotion ends.
