Shipping

We ship from Tallinn, Estonia with DHL Express, FedEx and UPS. The shipping price you see at checkout is the carrier's transport price only.

Import duties and taxes outside the EU

If your delivery address is outside the European Union, the price you pay us does not include your country's import duties, import VAT, sales tax or the carrier's customs handling fee. Your country's customs set these charges, and the carrier collects them from you before or at delivery. We cannot calculate them in advance and we do not receive any part of them. United States: since August 2025 every parcel entering the US is charged an import tariff, usually a percentage of the goods value. Please expect it.

The only exception is an order where the checkout clearly states that duties are included (Delivered Duty Paid). In that case you pay nothing on delivery.

If you do not pay the import charges and the carrier returns the parcel to us, the order ends when the goods reach us and we refund the goods price less the costs the failed delivery caused us (outbound and return shipping, carrier storage and handling fees, and any duty we had to pay). Within the EU the checkout price includes VAT and there is nothing to pay on delivery.

Export control

Night vision, thermal and laser products may need an export authorisation for destinations outside the EU. Where it is needed, we apply for it before dispatch and tell you about the timeline. Mounts, PTT units, cables and accessories ship without restriction.

Delivery times

Orders of in-stock items usually leave within 24 business hours. DHL Express and FedEx typically deliver within the EU in 1 to 3 business days and to the US in 2 to 5 business days after dispatch. These are carrier estimates, not promises; customs holds are outside our control.
