Flip your thermal or NV 90° out of the line of sight without taking it off the rail, then flip it straight back to the same zero. It clamps to any Picatinny rail with two screws and weighs just 66 g. Designed and made in Estonia.

Why the QDF
A quick-detach flip mount whose only job is to carry your thermal or NV on the weapon and get it out of the way fast. One flip stows the device, one flip brings it back on the same zero, and the whole ecosystem shares one adapter.
Flip-to-side
Flip out, flip back
Flip the device 90° clear in one motion to engage close or dynamic targets with your red dot, then flip it back to the exact same zero. No button to flip back, you just overcome the detent.
Ambidextrous
Run it either hand
The unlock button sits on the left to clear limited top-rail space, and every function is reachable left or right handed, even reaching over the thermal. A front QD lever drops the device off fast.

One adapter, three mounts
The custom dovetail takes the Falconclaw QDA series. The QDF (rifle), QDB (helmet bridge) and QDM (J-arm) all share the same QDAs, so one device moves between them in seconds.
Built to last
7000 alloy, made in Estonia
7000-series aluminium, type III hard anodised, with stainless steel hardware, 66 g. If wobble ever develops after long use, the included flathead screw locks the flip closed and turns it into a rigid dovetail mount.

Optical centerline
Pick your height. The QDF runs at a 1.63 in default centerline with the QDA and device, or drop the FAST Optic Riser underneath for a 2.26 in Unity height, so a Unity-height day optic co-witnesses through it.

Compatibility
The QDF is the flip-to-side mount only - no adapter, no device. To put a thermal or NV unit on it you also need a Falconclaw QDA: the device-specific adapter that snaps into the QDF. One QDA per device. Pick the QDA that matches your unit, and add the FAST Optic Riser if you want Unity height.
Build it as a kit and the add-ons come off automatically: -20% on every mount, bridge and adapter, -10% on a second optic. Applied in your cart, no code.
Default optical centerline is 1.63 in / 41 mm (QDA + QDF + device). Add the FAST Optic Riser underneath for 2.26 in / 57.4 mm Unity height, to co-witness a Unity-height day optic.
