Shipping & Restrictions

We ship Falconclaw products worldwide from our facility in Estonia. This page explains which countries we ship to, which products are restricted where, and what carriers are available.

Where we ship

We ship to all 27 EU member states, the EEA (Iceland, Norway, Liechtenstein), the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Australia, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, Israel, and the United States. We also ship to a number of additional countries with restrictions on certain product categories (see below).

We do not ship to Russia, Belarus, or any other country under EU sanctions. This is non-negotiable.

We do not ship to Africa directly. If you are in Africa, please contact our partner Mellivora Systems at https://mellivorasystems.com/ or info@mellivorasystems.com for regional availability.

We do not ship to Taiwan at this time.

Carriers and transit times

We work with three carriers. Live rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and parcel weight.

FedEx offers four service tiers: International Economy (3-6 business days), International Priority (1-3 business days), Regional Economy (intra-EU, 3-5 business days), and International Connect Plus (eCommerce-optimized, 2-5 business days). Available worldwide.

UPS offers four service tiers: UPS Standard (intra-EU ground, 2-5 business days), UPS Expedited (3-5 business days), UPS Worldwide Saver (1-3 business days), and UPS Express (next-day to 2 days). Available worldwide.

DHL Express offers two service tiers: DHL Economy (2-5 business days) and DHL Express (1-3 business days). Available in most destinations. Note: DHL does not ship flashlights, weapon lights, scopes, or sights. For those products you will see only FedEx and UPS at checkout.

For destinations within Estonia, the cheapest option is typically FedEx Regional Economy at around €6.

Product restrictions by destination

Some product categories (night vision, thermal imaging, lasers) are export-controlled under EU dual-use regulations. The level of restriction depends on your destination.

Open destinations

All products are available with standard checkout. No additional process required.

EU member states (all 27), Iceland, Norway, Liechtenstein, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Australia, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, Israel.

Israel applicants: civilian approval for night vision and thermal devices is unlikely. Government, defence, and law enforcement orders are processed normally. If you are a civilian, please contact us before ordering to discuss feasibility.

Export license required (+€250 process fee)

Night vision, thermal devices, and lasers can ship to these destinations but require an export license. There is a flat €250 fee covering the license application and additional paperwork. Other products (lights, mounts, gear) ship normally without the fee.

Argentina, Brazil, Faroe Islands, Gibraltar, Greenland, Indonesia, South Korea, Turkey.

To start the process, email contact@falconclaw.eu with the product link and your delivery address. We will confirm feasibility within 2 business days.

Authority orders only

Night vision and thermal devices are only available to government, defence, or law enforcement organisations, with a minimum order of 5 units. Each shipment requires an export license (+€250 process fee). Other products (lights, mounts, gear) ship normally to private buyers.

Forbidden for restricted categories

Night vision, thermal devices, and lasers cannot be shipped to these destinations under current regulations. Other products (lights, mounts, gear) ship normally.

United States (we are working on a US-based store to enable local purchase of restricted categories), India, Guam.

If you are a US buyer interested in night vision or thermal, please email contact@falconclaw.eu and we will notify you when our US store goes live.

Returns and damage

If your parcel arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and contents before unpacking further, and email contact@falconclaw.eu within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

For change-of-mind returns, you have 14 days from delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is at your cost unless the product was defective on arrival.

Customs and duties

For shipments within the EU + EEA, no customs paperwork is required and no duties apply. VAT is included in the price you see at checkout.

For shipments outside the EU + EEA, customs paperwork is generated automatically by our carriers. Some destinations charge import duties and VAT at delivery. These charges are paid by you, the recipient, directly to the carrier or customs authority. Falconclaw cannot pre-pay these charges.

If you need a commercial invoice, harmonized tariff codes (HS codes), or an end-user certificate for your customs broker, email contact@falconclaw.eu before placing the order.
