Sold outFalconclaw PVS-14 kit
A real PVS-14, mounts in the box
True analog night vision on an NNVT 1800+ FOM white phosphor tube. Not a digital screen, not a toy. The helmet mount and our dovetail J-arm are already in the box, so you go from box to helmet in one purchase.
What you are actually getting
A genuine tube, no fluff
A true image-intensifier PVS-14, not a digital lookalike. White phosphor, autogated, and speced to the lowest FOM that still makes sense on a single tube. Everything you need to wear it is already in the case.
True analog PVS-14
A real image-intensifier tube, not a digital screen. The PVS-14 is the standard the whole night-vision world is built around. Autogated, so the tube protects itself in sudden bright light.
1800 FOM, why the minimum for a mono
On a monocular your brain only has one tube to work with, it cannot fuse a left and right image the way it does on a binocular. So a single tube needs more figure of merit to read sharp. 1800 is the floor we recommend for a mono.
Built-in IR illuminator
An onboard infrared light for pitch-black rooms and caves where there is no starlight at all. Honest note: it lights you up to anyone else wearing night vision, so keep it for true zero-light only.
About 40 hours on one AA
Runs around 40 hours on a single AA cell. Use a non-rechargeable lithium or alkaline AA, they hold voltage longer in the cold than rechargeables.
Why buy it as a kit
Mount and J-arm, already in the box
A bare monocular still needs a J-arm and a helmet mount before you can wear it, and the two have to fit each other and your helmet. This kit ships with both, matched to the tube, so there is nothing else to source. Pick a tube and go.
Our dovetail J-arm
The Falconclaw Dovetail J-Arm 2.0, 30 g, made in Estonia. The dovetail sits the tube as close to your eye as possible, so you use the full field of view even on a ballistic helmet.
Swap eyes in a second
A friction setting moves the tube from left eye to right eye and back with no knob to turn. Flip it up, fold it to the side, drop it down. Same on your dominant eye or your off eye.
Helmet mount that fits
A lightweight LWNVM shroud mount, around 140 g, with three-axis adjustment and a low-profile stow. Fits modern helmets with a standard shroud, no extra adapter to buy.
One purchase, box to head
No hunting for a compatible J-arm or mount and no guessing on fit. The case holds the tube, helmet mount, J-arm, rubber eyecup, daycap and spec sheet. Ready to wear out of the box.

Compatibility
The starter kit is ready to wear out of the box. Add the FTO 640 thermal overlay when you want heat detection too.
Build it as a kit and the add-ons come off automatically: -20% on every mount, bridge and adapter, -10% on a second optic. Applied in your cart, no code.
Helmet mount and J-arm are already in the box, so mount a tube and go. Add the FTO 640 thermal overlay to fuse heat onto your night-vision image and spot warm targets the tube alone misses.

Parts you need to add
Clip the FTO 640 thermal overlay onto the PVS-14 to fuse heat detection onto your night-vision image. Spot warm targets the tube alone misses.
