Falconclaw offers you a wide range of Night Vision Devices (hereinafter NVD), NVD accessories, Airsoft guns and related articles. The following conditions regulate the contractual relationship between Falconclaw OÜ and consumers and companies that buy products in our shop. You shall accept Terms and Conditions upon purchase.

Items
NVD and other items listed in the online shop are for commercial use. We systematically and carefully review information on our website, but it is possible that information may be partially incomplete or is not up-to-date. In this case just drop us a line and we will fix it asap.
Offers
Offer is valid while the stock lasts and may be at any time modified or revoked by Falconclaw.
Payment
You can pay via bank transfer based on the invoice issued by Falconclaw. Order will not be processed until full payment has arrived on the account of Falconclaw.
All prices are inclusive of VAT.
Right of ownership
Until full payment, the items remain exclusive property of Falconclaw. The risk of loss or damage goes to the customer from the delivery.
Shipping
Exact shipping cost will be calculated in cart based on the destination and package size. Within EU average shipping cost is approximately 30 EUR.
Shipping outside of EU
We accept orders from all over the world. Exceptions to this are countries that are subject to embargos and countries that do not allow import of these goods for other reasons. It is customers responsibility to get familiar with the laws in his/hers country of residence and he/she must ensure that it is allowed to import/own the ordered goods.
However, EU regulations and restrictions apply when shipping NVD items outside the EU. Please contact us for further information.
Shipping insurance
All NVD orders are covered with shipping warranty that covers any possible damage that may occur during delivery.
Shipping insurance cost is 1% of the value of the purchase and is included in the price.
Complaints
We are carefully reviewing all items before shipping them to you. But if there is any quality deficiency, then it must be reported within 5 days from receiving the product. Complains must be submitted to info@falconclaw.eu. Please provide detailed description and if possible add pictures.
Warranty
All new items come with warranty. Usual warranty period is 12 months, unless specified differently on the product page under Specification (ACT NVD products have 24 month warranty period).
Warranty does not apply in following cases:
– Defects that rise from normal use of the product
– Any defects that may occur due to not using product according to user manual (common sense applies)
– Self repair or if unit has been opened by non-NVD manufacturer.
Cancellation
Customer may cancel made order before order is shipped out.
If for whatever reason customer cancels an order in whole or in part for a made to order item, and if not otherwise agreed upon in writing, a cancellation charge of 20% of the invoice value shall be paid by the customer or be deducted off any refunds.
Returns and Refunds
Customer may return unused product within 14 days from the date of delivery. Product (and any included items like documentation, hard-case etc.) must be unused and in same condition as they arrived. Opening NVD cancels right to return the product and any warranty that product has.
Custom items that are made to order are not eligible for refund, unless there is a quality deficiency that was reported within 5 days from receiving the product.
